Ownership & Intellectual Property
(A) USER OUTPUT: You own 100% of the modified assets, images, and documents processed through this workstation. Evaporize Studio claims no rights, interest, or ownership in your generated works.
(B) THE ENGINE: The PixThisApp engine, UI, and compiled WebAssembly (WASM) binaries are the exclusive property of Evaporize Studio. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Zero-Liability Hardware Disclaimer
PixThisApp is provided "As-Is".
As a client-side tool, performance depends entirely on your local hardware. Evaporize Studio is not responsible for hardware strain, CPU/GPU thermal peaks, browser hangs, or data loss caused by local system limitations or hardware failure.

Termination of Service
Evaporize Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the PixThisApp service at any time without notice. Use of this tool for illegal or unethical data processing is grounds for immediate access restriction.
